The KEC team has recently forayed into Urban Transport with orders of Delhi Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), secured by its Railways team; and Kochi and Delhi Metro orders by its Civil team.

KEC’s Civil business, which was established to fill in medium-sized gaps in areas not dominated by large-sized players, is today one of the major players in the construction of factories for automobiles and cement manufacturers and continues to win repeat orders from major realty players in India. With the expansion into Urban Transport, KEC’s Civil business continues to thrive.
