Young Executive Board

The Future Leaders Board grooms future leaders and often leads to strategic innovative solutions.

RPG believes that the future lies with the youth. With this firm belief, the group has formed a Future Leaders Board (FLB) that comprises of high performing young individuals. The members are informally integrated into the management and are given the freedom to access any information and debate with the CEO directly. They also observe the Chairman's Business Review Board meetings. Projects are based on subjects that are strategic to the company's future.
