The 3rd edition of RPG’s Annual Inter-company YEB & SEB Meet was headed by Azfar Hussain, the Group Head of Organization & Talent Development addressed the YEB/SEB representatives of CEAT, KEC, Raychem and Zensar. The raison d'etre of the program was underscored and also congratulated the participants for being selected on critical projects across the Group.
In a World Café format, the participants got the opportunity to listen to the life-experiences of Sachin Nandgaonkar, Pramod Menon, S. Venkatesh, Vimal Kejriwal and Anant Goenka, as they shared their anecdotes drawn from their journey to the top in the first session.
The next session saw Sachin Nandgaonkar, CEO of the Speciality Sector, conduct an engaging activity based on DICE – a very useful framework devised by BCG to aid the effective strategy execution.
The YEB & SEB members also got an opportunity to interact with Vivek Salaria, an executive coach, who spoke about building the brand YOU in the third session.
Following a quick tea break, Chairman, Mr Harsh Goenka took to the podium and explained the importance and role of the YEB/SEB program in the larger scheme of things at RPG.
The last session of the day was probably the most important as each company team presented their projects, highlighting the scope of their work and delving into the research, ideas and strategic initiatives. The presentations ended with senior leaders and company YEB mentors sharing their feedback.
