The first commercial Rayfeed-Feeder Pillar was installed at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TDDL). Rayfeed Feeder Pillar has a compact design for a given rate of 630A allowing the system to connect and disconnect the supply with the help of fully insulated vertical switch fuse units.
The smart compact feeder pillar boasts of a compact design with special in-built features that enable auto monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, water level and door sensors. This pillar is compatible with the SCADA communication protocols of TDDL systems.
