The recently concluded IMPACT - LDP III (Leadership Development Programme) saw almost 20 RPGians complete their nine-month development journey. RPG offers a three-tiered leadership development programme with LDP I and II being for managers up to GM grade, while LDP III is structured for greater strategic focus and is aimed at GM to VP grades.
The current batch of LDP III commenced in January 15 at Alibagh where the participants were given a broad outline of what their programme journey would be like, the behavioural and learnings outcomes that were expected, and the learning facilities that could be availed.
The closing of LDP III was attended by senior leaders from RPG before whom each of the participants presented a snapshot of the programme, alongside certain pertinent learning gains they had made via LDP III.
