CEAT Celebrates Customer Day

CEAT hosted its first edition of “CEAT Customer Day” on October 17th & 18th. In a first-of-its kind customer engagement activity, nearly 110 CEAT members, including the top management, visited 160 CEAT Shoppes across 28 cities in India. The initiative was designed to reinforce the customer-centric culture of the organization and understand the customer’s evolving needs.
